Vicky has listed and sold several properties over the past few years for Southern Home Builder, Inc. I've found her to be very thorough, she does the necessary research on the property by checking tax roles and comp sells. She also will guide you if your home needs repairs by recommending the right person to do the repair or improvement.
Vicky has a good working relationship with the Title companies, which makes it a lot easier at the closing.
